- 1 cup mixed frozen berries raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 scoop keto protein powder whey or collagen, unflavored
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- A handful of fresh spinach optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
- 4 –6 ice cubes
Pour almond milk and MCT oil into the blender.
Add protein powder, sweetener, spinach (if using), and avocado.
