Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries raspberries, blackberries, blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 scoop keto protein powder whey or collagen, unflavored
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • A handful of fresh spinach optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
  • 4 –6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour almond milk and MCT oil into the blender.
  • Add protein powder, sweetener, spinach (if using), and avocado.
  • Top with frozen berries and ice cubes.
  • Blend on low speed first, then increase to high until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh berries or chia seeds, and serve immediately.
