Equipment

  • High‑speed blender
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Tall glass or tumbler

Ingredients
  

  • ½  cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¼  cup coconut cream or extra heavy cream
  • 2  Tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • 1  Tbsp unflavored collagen peptides or 1 scoop low‑carb protein powder optional
  • 1  Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder or 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 –6 ice cubes

Optional boosts:

  • ½  tsp instant coffee mocha version
  • 1  Tbsp chia seeds or ¼ tsp xanthan gum for extra thickness
  • ¼  small avocado or 2 raspberries adds ~1–2 g net carbs

Instructions
 

Layer liquids & powders

  • In your blender add heavy cream, coconut cream, sweetener, collagen or protein powder, and cocoa or vanilla.

Add thickeners & flavor

  • If using chia or xanthan, sprinkle in now. Add coffee for mocha or avocado/berries for variation.

Ice & blend

  • Toss in ice cubes, secure lid, and blend on high for 30–45 seconds until silky smooth.

Taste & adjust

  • Sample and add more sweetener, extract, or ice as needed; blend briefly to combine.

Serve immediately

  • Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with cocoa nibs, a dusting of cinnamon, or a fresh berry.
