- 3 celery stalks
- 1 green apple cored and chopped
- ½ cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1 inch fresh ginger grated
- Juice from ½ lemon
- ¼ cup water optional, to adjust consistency
Add celery, green apple, cucumber, and grated ginger to a juicer or food processor. Blend for about 4 minutes until smooth.
Strain the mixture and discard the pulp, or save it for another recipe.
Stir in lemon juice and mix well.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled drink.
