Ingredients
  

  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple cored and chopped
  • ½ cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup water optional, to adjust consistency

Instructions
 

  • Add celery, green apple, cucumber, and grated ginger to a juicer or food processor. Blend for about 4 minutes until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture and discard the pulp, or save it for another recipe.
  • Stir in lemon juice and mix well.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
  • Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled drink.
