Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla protein yogurt
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot
  • Raspberries and maple syrup for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix batter: In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, and cornstarch (or arrowroot) until smooth.
  • Prepare pan: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter evenly.
  • Bake: Bake for about 50 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
  • Cool and slice: The loaf will rise while baking and slightly deflate as it cools—this is normal. Slice into sticks once cooled slightly.
  • Serve: Top with raspberries, sugar-free maple syrup, or your favorite low-carb toppings.
