- 1.5 oz unflavored rum white, spiced, or dark
- 1 –2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg and ground clove
- ¾ cup hot water or hot unsweetened tea
- Optional: 1 tsp MCT oil ¼ tsp vanilla extract, pinch sea salt
