Ingredients
  

  • 1  Tbsp grass‑fed butter or ghee
  • 1.5  oz unflavored rum white, spiced, or dark
  • 1 –2 tsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
  • ¼  tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg and ground clove
  • ¾  cup hot water or hot unsweetened tea
  • Optional: 1 tsp MCT oil ¼ tsp vanilla extract, pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Warm your mug: Fill with hot water to preheat, then discard the water.
  • Melt the butter: Add 1 Tbsp butter to the mug and stir until fully melted.
  • Add rum & sweetener: Pour in 1.5 oz rum and 1–2 tsp sweetener; stir until dissolved.
  • Spice it up: Sprinkle in cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove; mix well.
  • Pour hot liquid: Add ¾ cup hot water or tea and stir vigorously to emulsify the butter.
  • Enhance (optional): Whisk in MCT oil or vanilla extract if desired.
  • Garnish & serve: Top with a cinnamon stick or dusting of cocoa; enjoy immediately.
